What are the center's operating hours?- Our center operates from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. - Before Care hours are from 6:30 AM- 7:00 AM. - After Care hours are from 4:00 PM- 6:00 PM. - Saturday hours vary

How do I enroll my child?- You can start the enrollment process by contacting our office to schedule a tour. After the tour, you can fill out an enrollment application and submit the required documents.

What is a typical day like for my child?- A typical day includes a balance of structured activities and free play, with time for outdoor play, meals, naps, and age-appropriate learning activities.

How do you handle naps and rest time?- Nap times are scheduled daily after lunch. Each child has a designated cot or crib, and we provide a quiet and comfortable environment for rest.

What kind of meals and snacks do you provide?- Due to each child's personalized preference, parents and guardians provide nutritious, balanced meals for breakfast and lunch. Fascination Station Learning Academy will provide morning and afternoon snacks prepared. Our menu is designed to meet the dietary needs of young children.

What are your health and safety policies?- We follow strict health and safety guidelines, including daily health checks, regular handwashing, and rigorous cleaning and sanitizing procedures.

What is your policy for sick children?- Children who are sick or show symptoms of illness should stay home. If a child becomes ill while at the center, parents will be notified immediately and asked to pick up their child as soon as possible.

How do you ensure the safety of the children?- Our center is secured with locked entrances, and only authorized individuals are allowed to pick up children. All staff members are trained in first aid and CPR, and we conduct regular safety drills. - Cameras are installed in all of the general spaces. Access to the camera is available for an additional monthly fee.

Can parents visit the center during the day?- Yes, parents are welcome to visit the center during normal business hours. However, we ask that you coordinate visits during non-nap hours to avoid disrupting the children’s routine.
